At Duasikandar, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30-day return and refund policy from the date of delivery.

Refund Eligibility

• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Original packaging and tags must be intact
• Proof of purchase / order number is required
• Item must be reported within 30 days of delivery

Non-Refundable Items

• Personal care and hygiene products (opened)
• Sale or discounted items
• Gift cards
• Custom or personalized products

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days via your original payment method:

• Cash on Delivery orders: refunded via Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash
• Online payments: refunded to the original payment method
